Returns & Exchanges

We will make every effort to be sure you are happy. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 10 days of delivery for an exchange. You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are returning. This coupon can be used for a future purchase on www.amdys.in

What are the items/services that I cannot return?

Following are our returns guidelines

  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief. If these items are returned to AMDYS they will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
  • Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance. The no return policy will be mentioned in the product tab in such cases.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

So, please take your time to ensure that you have chosen the correct size before submitting your order. Thank you for understanding.

How do I return something?

Please ensure that the items you're intending to return meet our returns guidelines.
Then follow these instructions to request a return:

  • Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
  • Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.
  • Step 3: Email us on 9820778569 to check if a pick-up is available in your area or not. AMDYS provides reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered by AMDYS or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit.

    In case your reason to return is none of the above, please send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box -

    AMDYS Healthcare will send you a coupon of upto Rs.100 towards shipping charges.
  • Step 4: Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at customercare@amdys.in to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number in the email. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund within 10 working days of receiving your courier.

Is pick-up facility available in my area?

We offer pick-up facility in the following cities – 

Reverse Pick Up will be arranged as per the pin code availability in the below mentioned cities –

Please note that AMDYS provides reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered by AMDYS or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit.

My city is not in the pick-up facility list, what should I do?

If your city is not mentioned in the list, please send us your packed returns box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box –

Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at customercare@amdys.in to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number, Way Bill Number & the respective courier for the returned Consignment.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning a purchase for a credit, you are responsible for the return shipping and to ensure that the products reach us in good condition. We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We will then notify you with your coupon code.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise. If you have received a tampered box please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the merchandise.

You have delivered a wrong/damaged product to me and I want to return it.

We’re really sorry that we sent a wrong or damaged product to you. We assure you, this rarely happens! Do give us a call on 9820778569 or email us at customercare@amdys.in and if we’re able to provide a pick-up service in your area, we will pick-up the product you wish to return and issue a credit coupon to you for the original product that you had ordered. Pick-up will be done in 2-4 working days from the time request for pick-up has been raised.

In case you require a refund, we will process your request once the product has been picked-up by our logistics team and is received at our warehouse.

If we’re not able to provide pick-up facility in your area, we request you to securely pack the products you wish to return and send the package to this address –

We will issue a credit coupon of up to Rs.100 towards courier charges that you may have had to bear.

I ordered the wrong size, and I want an exchange.

First, please ensure that the product you wish to exchange follows our returns guidelines. Then give us a call on 9820778569.

  • Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to exchange along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
  • Step 2: Seal the box securely with an adhesive tape and send us the packed box through your preferred courier service to the following address -

Once we receive your courier, we will issue a coupon for the value of the product Coupon for Free Shipping on your next order!

If we do not have your right size, we will issue a credit coupon to you. You can use this coupon to purchase any other product from the website. Please note we do not have a provision to refund courier charges in case of exchange due to wrong size ordered.

 

I don’t like the product I’ve ordered.

We’re sorry that you don’t like the product you’ve ordered. Please ensure that the product you wish to return follows our returns guidelines.

Once we receive your courier, we will issue you a coupon for the value of your returned item.

How is the value of credit calculated?

The value of your credit coupon is calculated as value of the item(s) returned minus any Discount Voucher, Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges if applicable. Please allow us up to 10 working days from date we receive for your return shipment to process the credit coupon. The initial shipping fee is not refundable.

How are returns calculated if multiple items have been bought using a discount voucher?

When a discount voucher is used in a transaction, the value of the discount gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to value of the items. For example, if you’ve purchased one item worth INR 300 and one item worth INR 100, and used a discount voucher of INR 50, then 75% of the voucher value (INR 37.5) gets applied to the INR 300 item, and 25% (INR 12.5) to the item that is INR 100.

Can I return promotional merchandise?

Sorry, you cannot return or exchange free gifts or promotional merchandise that you might have received from AMDYS as part of our marketing promotions.

Can I return a gift?

If you received a product as a gift from loved ones and need to return it for an alternate size, please follow our returns guidelines. You can exchange the gift for a credit coupon that will be issued to you. Please note that the products are to be returned at your own expense.

If the size or style is wrong when the breast forms arrive, please let us know immediately. We can then exchange your breast forms for a different style or size. If you have any questions, please contact us at customercare@amdys.in. We will then issue you a return number and return address.

If you are returning a breast form for a refund, and not purchasing another breast form, you will be charged for the original shipping cost and a restocking fee [INR 500].

Please Note: If a rare product is specially ordered for a client, the product may have to be ordered on a no-return basis. This, of course, will be discussed with the client at the time of the purchase.
